Palembang — Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI) conducted a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activity and coordination meeting for the Enhancing Quality Education for International University Impacts and Recognition (EQUITY) Program for the 2025–2026 period on Friday, 12 December 2025, at the Universitas Sriwijaya Campus in Palembang.

The event was officially opened by the Rector of Universitas Sriwijaya, Prof. Dr. Taufiq Marwah, S.E., M.Si., and was attended by all Vice Rectors as well as the EQUITY Program Management Team of UNSRI. Also present at the coordination meeting were representatives from the Directorate of Institutional Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, including Josephine Margaretta (Head of the Institutional Performance Assessment Working Group) and her team, along with representatives from the Education Fund Management Institution (LPDP) as the administrator of the EQUITY–DAPT Program under the Ministry of Finance, represented by Najib Husein (Head of the Research Funding Cooperation Subdivision, LPDP).

The agenda of the meeting included discussions on adjustments to the EQUITY 2025 proposal workflow within the eRispro system, as well as coordination on the implementation of the EQUITY Program within Universitas Sriwijaya. These efforts aim to strengthen institutional synergy and enhance UNSRI’s readiness to improve the quality of education and achieve greater international recognition.

Through this activity, the Rector expressed his hope that the implementation of the EQUITY Program would run optimally, in an integrated and sustainable manner. The program is expected to accelerate improvements in educational quality, strengthen institutional governance, and continuously enhance UNSRI’s reputation and international recognition.
