The EQUITY-DAPT Program of Universitas Sriwijaya, in collaboration with the Directorate of Internationalization and Alumni Cooperation, held an Employer Meeting and Industrial Gathering with an Alumni Session at the Kensington Ballroom, Ashley Hotel Jakarta, on December 21, 2025. The event served as a reunion for Universitas Sriwijaya alumni—particularly those based in the Greater Jakarta and West Java regions—while also strengthening collaboration between the university and its industry partners.

The event was attended by 100 participants, including alumni from various generations, industry partners, and members of the university leadership. Strategic industry partners in attendance included representatives from the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration, BSI, Bakrie Center Foundation, Cake, BTPN Syariah, PKSS, Kinobi, One Indonesia, and others.

The gathering was further enriched by the presence of three distinguished alumni who currently hold strategic positions in industry and government: Dedi Junaidi, S.E., Director of Partnerships and Acquisitions at PT Teknologi Govirtual Indonesia; R.M. Zulkipli, S.T., Expert Staff to the Minister of Transmigration; and Rizki Ayunda P., S.Kom., MBA, President Director of PT INTI Indonesia and Chief Marketing Officer of PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia.

Through this event, the EQUITY Program is expected to serve as a strategic platform for fostering sustainable partnerships, expanding career opportunities for students and alumni, and aligning academic outcomes with industry needs. The program reflects Universitas Sriwijaya’s commitment to producing globally competitive graduates and strengthening its role in supporting national development through meaningful collaboration with industry and stakeholders.
